6 minutes of calm and reflection…

At Jigsaw Dublin South West , we know that this is a challenging and unusual time for everybody.

While our face-to-face services are temporarily suspended, I want you to know that we are very much open for business – just as this current situation evolves and changes, so too has our response. As such, over the course of the last 3 weeks, we have developed new ways to offer support, advice and guidance, and rest assured, our team continue to be there for young people who need mental health support across Dublin South West.

Right now, our Jigsaw clinicians are continuing to provide a range of information and support for young people, their parents, and those working with young people all through our new emental health platform – www.jigsawonline.ie Here, you can find articles, videos, daily live group chats, webinars and can post questions about your mental health and have them answered by a Jigsaw clinician. In addition, over the next week, we are introducing a freephone helpline and email service to offer support.

Since March 12th, our information on coronavirus and wellbeing has been accessed thousands of times and to be kept updated on all the latest content and features, simply sign up via www.jigsaw.ie/updates.

For now, I would invite you to:

1. visit www.jigsawonline.ie
2. share across your networks
3. engage with, and share, our messaging across social media
4. encourage all staff, students and parents to sign up our regular Jigsaw Updates service by visiting www.jigsaw.ie/updates

Please stay connected, look after yourself.
