Bereavement Support

Dear Parent / Caregiver

The loss of a friend is always difficult. In light of this a group of young people in our school, with the efforts and permission of their parents and caregivers, have considered attending an informal adolescent bereavement support group which has been set up and is due to begin on 28 March 2026 in Tallaght Village. It will take place on Saturdays at 12 noon.

If you think this is something your young person would like to attend or indeed get more information about, parents and/or caregiver can contact Student Support (ext 213) and the facilitator’s contact details can be provided to the parent and/or caregiver.

The hope is that this will be a gentle and informative time for our young people to gather and honour their friend and friendship bonds.
